Name (of character): Ted Tonks.

House: Former Ravenclaw.

Year: Left Hogwarts.

Appearance: Under dark brown, messy hair, a somewhat childish face sits, with a grin that could make almost anyone feel warm and fuzzy inside. Most of the time, his face goes unshaven, which he says is so that he can get the ‘rugged, manly’ look, but he’s just covering up an “I can’t be bothered” attitude. Despite his laziness, he keeps his body in surprisingly good shape, what with all the sports he does. His usual clothing consists of a crumpled t-shirt, old jeans and falling-apart sneakers. Unless someone forces him to get dressed up.

Personality: Like I said before, Ted is lazy. He just puts his belongings anywhere (usually the floor), and ends up loosing them because of this. It is a struggle getting him to do the chores, but when it comes to playing with Nymphadora, he just can’t get enough of it. Sometimes his games go overboard, though, and his daughter gets far too excited. Better, he says, than seeing her cry!
Although Nymphadora and Andromeda turn him into a big softie, if someone does something horrible to him, he can blow up in an instant. Especially when it comes to the safety of those he loves.
He is also quite sneaky; his usual motive is stealing food from the pantry. But his puppy-eyes always get him out of trouble!

History: Coming from an all-muggle family, it was a shock when he found out he was a wizard. Nevertheless, he still loves the muggle way of life, including his big family (6 children!). When he got engaged to Andromeda, his family welcomed her with open arms, and still do. He is glad of that; giving her a proper family that support her fully is all he has ever wanted. Her ejection from her own family made Ted enraged, but there was little that he could do to stop it. They now live together, reasonably comfortable, in an apartment, while Ted attempts to climb the ladder towards his dream job – a television journalist. It proves itself a difficult objective, and, for the moment, he just manages to get the occasional article into the newspaper. This, of course, hardly puts food on the table, so he works full time making bottles in a potions factory. He didn’t have many options when he found himself fresh out of school with a pregnant wife.
